Serenity on Schoolhouse

  • Let us know at booking if you're bringing pets
  • Well behaved dogs under 20lbs are welcome
  • Limit of 2 small dogs per visit
  • Bring your pet's bed or blanket
  • Always leash pets outdoors
  • Pick up & dispose of waste in trash bin(s)
  • Check for paw prints on on rugs, beds & furniture and tidy if needed.

If you're bringing pets:

  • Maximum of TWO (2) cars per guest
  • There are two parking spaces, one directly in front of the house and one on the side of the house.  
  • Be courteous to our neighbors
  • Park only on the gravel driveway
  • DO NOT park in the right of way 
  • Right of way is only to be used for loading and unloading; Do NOT leave your car in the right of way as it can be towed.

  • You''ll receive your smart-lock code 24 hours before arrival
  • Early check-in may be available depending on cleaning schedule - just ask!

smoking inside: not allowed

infants: allowed

children: allowed

parties: not allowed

pets: allowed

check-out: 11 am

check-in: 3 pm
